  The nameplates are 14k solid gold only, handmade in Los Angeles.

  No, they don’t, chains are sold separately. 

• Can I choose bails for my nameplate?
  Absolutely, you have the option to choose
  between loops and bails.
  Note that loops offer versatility and can be paired
  with various chains, while bails complement
  delicate chains and round links, once the order has been placed, we will send you an email to confirm details 

• What are the measurements?
  Approximately:
  1’ - 2’ long
  0.5’ - 0.75’ tall
  0.5mm - 1mm thick
  2g - 5g

• Can I make it all lowercase?
  Yes, you can also have it all capitalized.

•  How long does it take to be made and shipped?
  It takes about 7-15 days to be made and shipped.

• Can I choose white gold instead of yellow gold?
